DPC Pile is a newly developed energy-saving, environment-friendly and non-extruded soil PHC tubular pile with large-diameter (800–1,400 mm) that integrates drilling–pile sinking–dumping simultaneously without mud emission, being able to realize simultaneous drilling-pile sinking-dumping by drilling with the extendable drill bit driven by the long auger drill pipe. It features a high degree of mechanization and HSE-compliant construction, avoiding the formation of defects, noise and vibration, improving the bearing capacity of pile foundation, solving the problem of pile sinking caused by large pile diameter or hard soil layer, breaking through the limitation that the pipe pile foundation can only be of small diameter and size, widening the application scope of engineering geology of pipe pile, realizing the full rock-socketed of the pile tip, thus giving a full play to the advantages of pipe pile material with high strength.
