In order to actively respond to the working spirit of the Guangzhou Municipal Government and authorities for implementing the Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Pilot Work of Construction Waste Treatment and the Implementation Plan for the Pilot Work of Construction Waste Treatment in Guangzhou, GMC and Guangzhou Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Construction Waste Disposal and Operation Services in Guangzhou to assist the city authorities in further promoting the healthy development of the construction waste disposal industry in Guangzhou, enhance the informatization level of the industry, and realize the green intelligent disposal goal for construction waste of "reduction at source, resource utilization and harmlessness" by giving full play to GMC's advantages such as having many widely distributed construction sites, taking advantage of the dual identity of the construction site as both the source of construction waste and the consumption terminal of recycled building materials, establishing the intelligent cloud platform for construction waste disposal, breaking down information barriers, and creating a dual-cycle ecological system for rational and efficient consumption of muck and residual mud, and full utilization of recycled building materials.
I. GMC, by taking the information-based platform management as the focus, collected the whole process data of construction waste disposal, realized intelligent analysis such as big data analysis and data tracing, and promoted the regulated development of the industry. GMC has undertaken the daily operation and maintenance task of the "Guangzhou Construction Waste Transportation Supervision Platform" of Guangzhou Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, and assisted the bureau to standardize the transportation of construction waste in the city by means of informationization and intelligence, effectively improving the management efficiency and accuracy;

By means of market-oriented resource allocation, GMC gave full play to the resource advantages of the state-owned enterprise and the leading role of a leading enterprise, actively cooperated with social enterprises to operate construction waste disposal projects, created excellent model projects for construction waste disposal, and promoted the regulated development of the construction waste disposal industry in Guangzhou;
III. GMC gave full play to the sense of social responsibility of the state-owned enterprise, and coordinated and organized transportation facilities such as vehicles and vessels, consumption yards and recycling processing plants to ensure the disposal of construction waste of livelihood projects and key projects, as well as the smooth progress of the projects on schedule in the case of abnormalities in market-oriented resource allocation.
