Saudi Arabia Affordable Housing Project
Project introduction
It is undertaken by China Guangzhou International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd.
The Project is organized and implemented by the Ministry of Housing of Saudi Arabia. A total of 1.5 million houses have been planned in the "Vision 2030" of Saudi Arabia, and 680,000 houses have been built in the recent five years. On February 16, 2019, China Guangzhou International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the Housing Project in Asir, Saudi Arabia, marking the company officially tapping into the Middle East market. There were about 1,200 houses in the bid. This is a turnkey project, and its main construction content involves single-storey villas, including two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses.
