The Guangzhou Communications Investment Construction, Operation and Management Center Project is located in Plot AH041002, Central Area II of Pazhou, Xingang Road East, Haizhu District, Guangzhou. The total land area of the Project is 15,387 m2, and the total building area is 136,975 m2. It is planned to build a comprehensive commercial office building, including a three-story basement (with a building area of about 41,000 m2). There are two towers and one podium building above the ground (with an aboveground building area of about 96,000 m2). Among them, Tower T1 includes self-use office, rental office and service apartment, with a building area of about 48,700 m2; Tower T2 is an office building for sale, with a building area of about 28,500 m2; Podium T3 includes rental office building and commercial supporting facilities, with a building area of about 18,800 m2. The height of the main building is controlled within 100 m and the total building height is controlled within 110 m.
