Construction General Contracting Lot 1 of Building Industrialization Project of Shifeng Road Government Subsidized Housing, with a prefabrication rate of 57.8%, is the first prefabricated government subsidized housing and BIM technology pilot demonstration project of Guangzhou City and a prefabricated building demonstration project of Guangdong Province. With a gross floor area of 160,000 square meters and a maximum building height of 94.1 meters, the buildings consist of 2 floors under ground and 33 floors above ground. The main structure of house type C is a prefabricated monolithic shear wall structure. The exterior enclosure is of an integrated prefabricated beam and wall structure. Components including bay windows, stairs, composite slabs, air conditioner boards, and integrated beam and wall components are prefabricated. In 2020, Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau launched the first prefabricated building construction technology and skill improvement service campaign and the "Quality Month" on-site demonstration of Guangzhou housing and urban-rural development system on the site of this project.
